Wing Dam
Wing C. Dam is an attorney at Omnus Law, where he concentrates his practice on commercial real estate litigation and trust and estates litigation. He has extensive experience representing individuals, corporate entities, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries at all stages of litigation, from inception through resolution.
Prior to joining Omnus Law, Wing practiced at several prominent litigation firms throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. His experience ranges from navigating complex commercial disputes on behalf of real estate developers and international corporations to defending local Bay Area businesses against landlord-tenant, employment, and personal injury claims.
Wing's notable accomplishments include prevailing on two motions for summary judgment and a motion to dismiss in federal court. These diversified experiences have molded Wing into a competent, creative, and sharp litigator who continues to proudly serve the Bay Area community.
Wing received his J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 2020. He received the "CALI Excellence for the Future Award," given to the highest scoring student in each law school class, in Torts as well as Legal Research and Writing. While in law school, he interned for the Santa Clara County Public Defender and the Katherine George & Alexander Community Law Center.
Wing is recognized for his analytical ability, oral advocacy, thorough preparation, and ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable advice for clients. He adopts a client-focused approach to each matter, consistently ensuring that his clients feel informed, supported, and comfortable throughout the litigation process.
When not advocating for his clients, Wing enjoys mixed martial arts, hiking, cooking, and exploring the latest offerings of the food and beverage scene of the Bay Area.
