After transitioning to practice in the United States, Meghana developed a focused interest in trusts and estates. She gained hands-on experience in estate-focused roles, including work as a paralegal and law clerk, where she assisted with drafting estate planning documents, trust administration matters, and litigation support. These roles allowed her to build practical familiarity with the structure and function of trusts and estates work, from document preparation through client coordination and case development.

Since joining Hansen Law Firm in 2025, Meghana has concentrated her practice on trust and estate litigation, supporting matters involving contested trusts, probate disputes, and fiduciary issues. Her background in transactional law, combined with her estate planning and litigation experience, enables her to approach disputes with a comprehensive understanding of both legal mechanics and the practical realities clients face.
